The Alice LC-2 web belt is a type of military belt that has been in use since the 1970s. It was designed for the US Army's Load-Carrying Equipment (LCE) system, which was intended to replace the older M1956 equipment. The LC-2 web belt is made of heavy-duty nylon webbing, and it features a quick-release buckle and a series of loops for attaching various types of pouches and equipment.

The Alice LC-2 web belt has seen extensive use in the military and in outdoor activities and is the basis for building your very own ALICE rig. The belt features a series of loops, which allow for the attachment of various types of pouches and equipment. These loops are spaced at regular intervals around the belt, and they can accommodate everything from ammunition pouches to canteens and first aid kits either from the ALICE line gear or other pouches designed to fit on 2” belts. This modular design allows soldiers and LARPers alike to customize their load-outs to meet their specific needs and requirements.
