It also has been graffitied in on two pages denoting the purchaser of the book chasing “Kaiser Bill” and also depicting Kaiser Wilhelm as a dog licking its own ass. Yes really. Just because people aren’t usually smiling in old photos doesn’t mean they didn’t have a sense of humor.
